Wood deerblinds are a great choice for deer hunters because they come from a renewable resource Unlike the plastic, fiberglass, aluminum , metal or even a tent box blind. When you cut down a tree reasonably it grows back where the other materials don't. Plastic comes from oil, metal has to be mined from ore it is a resource that is not replaceable. Where white Cedar is a smart economical sustainable resource we use in our deer hunting stands.
We insure the quality of our cedar hunting deerblinds by taking the process from start to finish. Which is taking raw logs and milling them down into deerblind lumber.
By cutting down plexi-glass sheets to make our deerblind windows and assembling the windows in house, making our own cedar hunting blind doors, by buying tar felt in bulk rolls for the inside lining of the deerblinds letting us cut it into lengths and allows us to insure that we can control every aspect of the manufacturing process of the deerblind. This way we can give the customer the highest quality hunting blind we can produce.
We use
the highest quality 90lb stoned roofing for our roofing material on the wooden
deerblinds. We only use one company that makes the best roofing in the
industry for quality, performance and durability. we order months in
advance and will wait up to six months to get the roofing in, because we
will not sacrifice quality and settle for less superior products. we use
only the best in the industry.
We use quality hinges for our windows and doors and only the best nails and screws to hold our blinds together. We use air guns to fasten the boards to the structure and use hand nails were it is needed.
We build our production deerblind in metal jigs to insure everything is straight, level, and plum. Every part of the wood hunting blinds process has a jig, whether it is the walls, roof, floor or even putting the hinge on the windows.
This Insures that each part is made to the same tolerance and specifications each time we build and parts for our online blind store. By building our deerblind parts in jigs this allows us to mass-produce the parts and with factory direct deerblinds sales allows us to make our deerblinds affordable and keep the cedar deerblind cost down giving the customer a very high quality American made deerblind at a great price.
